Professional Development Certificates are the smarter path to skills and college credit—designed to make every step of your learning journey count. Our Professional Development Certificates do not require admission to a degree program: you register as a non-matriculating student. Our flexible, modular approach empowers you to earn industry-relevant credentials, reducing downtime and accelerating career growth.
No more waiting years to prove your progress. With each Professional Development Certificate, you gain tangible, job-ready skills that can later be applied toward a full degree upon successful admission per our university transfer credit policy.
Newstate University is accredited by the International Education Accreditation Commission (IEAC) and is officially registered as a postsecondary institution in Utah, its home state.
It is female-founded, led, and owned by the group of higher education professionals who believed that it was time for radically affordable, career-relevant, truly flexible education.
